The Strategic Investment Board

The Strategic Investment Board (SIB) has four key responsibilities:

• We prepare the Investment Strategy for Northern Ireland on behalf of the NI Executive (ISNI)

• We help the public sector develop and deliver major programmes and projects

• We operate the Asset Management Unit (AMU)

• We help champion reform
