The data is part of an ongoing mapping project and should not be regarded as complete. The data has been obtained from the following sources: Land and Property Services (LPS) Land Registry data extract (2016), Departmental asset management archival information as well as ePIMS and Concerto extracts. The data has been aligned to OSNI’s core products – Pointer® and OSNI Fusion.

This dataset is derived from the Government Land and Property Register (GLPR) and consists of Government-Owned and Occupied Land and Property Assets across Northern Ireland. The data is part of an ongoing mapping project and should not be regarded as complete. The data has been obtained from the following sources: Land and Property Services (LPS) Land Registry data extract (2016), Departmental asset management archival information as well as ePIMS and Concerto extracts. The data has been aligned to OSNI’s core products – Pointer® and OSNI Fusion. The datasets include a globally unique identifier called the FusionID which is a 36 alphanumeric text string automatically generated when a feature is created on any of OSNI’s data collection platforms, and remains throughout the lifecycle of the feature. The government asset data enclosed represents the information available at a point in time. The data should NOT be relied upon as a legally binding or a definitive source of site boundary information.
