This information is maintained on the Lighting Management System (LMS) a mapping based data management system used by DfI Roads lighting maintenance staff. The Report-a-Fault module is linked to the LMS and allows members of the public and the NI Direct call centre to submit a lighting fault directly onto the database which is automatically assigned to the local area office in DfI.
