The Office of the NI Public Services Ombudsman receives complaints from people who claim to have suffered injustice because of maladministration by public services, as well as with her other roles as the Judicial Appointments Ombudsman and Local Government Standards Commissioner.
While summary information about each of these complaints is included in the Ombudsman's Annual Report, detailed information about each case is missing.
A dataset with information for each complaint such as:
complaint reference number
public body (subject)
how the complaint was made
sponsor MLA
KPI number (etc)
issue
date of complaint
date case completed
* recommendation/ outcome/ complaint upheld etc
There is also scope for including more detailed information about the nature of each complaint without compromising the identity of the complainant.
