Air Quality NI

Air Quality NI (http://www.airqualityni.co.uk/) data exists but is not currently released / parsed by the ODNI portal.

Considering the Air Quality Monitoring Stations https://www.opendatani.gov.uk/dataset/air-quality-monitoring-stations dataset from BCC, it'd be beneficial to use this to expand the open data philosophy beyond the city. (And it'd make that Monitoring Stations data actually useful)
