NI Rates Database

The Council Tax equivalent for Northern Ireland. Council Tax bands are available at LSOA and DZ level for England, Wales and Scotland. It would be helpful to have something equivalent for NI, so there is complete UK coverage. I understand Rates are continuous, so would it be possible to allocates Rates into 8 equal interval bands, and then aggregate the number of properties per band at SOA level?
