| Lineage | This information is record to and managed on the Road Maintenance Client System (RMCS) a mapping based data management system. The system is primarily used by staff based in local DfI Roads maintenance section offices as well as DfI Roads headquarters. However, the Public Information Portal (PIP) is synchronised with the RMCS and allows members of the public or the call centre operatives to submit a pothole enquiry directly into the system. |
